Forever Friends

Years ago, I had a thought of an ex-boyfriend and I tried hard not to think of him. The more I tried the more I kept seeing his name everywhere until 4 weeks later he popped up in my experience, which was most annoying. Actually, it was good to see him again. The experience taught me that if I don't want to experience something, I should either not think about it or stay neutral. (I dedicated this poem to my ex. The Truth About Mind Control).

So a friend at Facebook, X, was wondering if anyone would notice if she deleted them from her friends list. It was then it occurred to me that I hadn't I seen any posts by another friend at Facebook lately whom I shall refer to as Y. When I checked my friends list I saw that Y was no longer on my list. As I hadn't deleted his name, I presumed Y must have removed my name from his list.

Within an hour I received a "Posterous February Newsletter" via email which Y used to subscribe to; and I thought of him. A few minutes later, I received a private message from Facebook friend X recommending that I watch a video by someone who had the first name as my former Facebook friend Y. Hmmm, there seems to be a pattern emerging here. :-)

The interesting thing is my ex-boyfriend had the same first name as Facebook friend Y.

I believe it matters not whether we are connected as friends in the physical sense or not, we are always joined in Love as forever friends.

Thank you, friends, for being part of the Wonder.

All the best to you, forever friends. :-)
