The Desire to Help is as Good as Helping

The other day I read on a forum about someone's experience about walking his spiritual talk i.e. trying to apply spiritual principles in his every day life. When he isn't healed and takes tablets for the pain, he feels guilty for taking the medicine and not trusting in God.

I could relate to my friend's experience. In a world where you're constantly being bombarded with ideas telling you that we are material, it takes persistence to be Spirit and experience the gifts of Spirit. In the meantime, while you're learning to let go and let Spirit, you have to work with what you've got now and stop fighting yourself. Just last week when I experienced symptoms of a migraine, I didn't feel guilty for having the experience. I simply reminded myself that Love is the only Cause and the Effect was all symptoms were soon erased. (See Cause and Effect).

Although I wanted to help my friend, I didn't feel inclined to log into the forum. As I don't have his email address, I reached out to him in my thoughts and wished him well. I knew he would receive valuable insights to help him on his "journey."

The next day I noticed a Facebook friend had posted an article called Cancer Healed about someone who had been healed of cancer by applying spiritual principles. I thought that the friend at that forum might find that article inspiring. So I emailed the link to another friend who I knew would post the link at that forum, which she did.

It just shows that when I have the desire to help, the Universe sorts out the necessary details. In other words, the thought is the thing itself.

Wishing all health and happiness.
