The All in Me

If I want to speak to someone who is not close by I can phone or email them, provided I have their contact details. There's another way to communicate with anyone whether I have their contact details or not; whether they are "alive" or "dead."

I can speak to them in my heart.

I believe I have the entire universe within me. This means I'm one with the essence of every individual. As humans we may not associate with one another because of our different paths; but as our essence we are one and want each other to be happy. As our essence we are forever friends and always supporting one another's dreams.

So at any moment I can speak to any individual in my thought, even send hugs and kisses. I have found that the easiest way to resolve any "issues" I may have with someone is to speak to them in my heart. Sometimes I can even have discussions with the individual in my thoughts and have a sense of what's going on with them.

There are times when people try to communicate with me but I receive them through my sleeping dreams. A dear friend I hadn't been in touch with for many years used to keep in touch in my dreams. One night I had a vivid dream that this friend came looking for me and was telling me what was going on in his life. After I woke up from that dream and fell asleep, I had another dream about the same friend and meeting him up somewhere else and we went somewhere. I knew it was time to get reconnected in the waking dream. When we finally did meet up face to face, the first place we met and the cconversation we had were identical to the ones in my dream.

I recently had a dream about another old friend who I haven't seen in many years and we reconnected on a social network website. When I spoke to her on the phone, our conversation was identical to the one we'd had in my dream.

No matter what appearances seem to suggest, I am not separated from anyone. We are one; and we all want each other to be happy.
